This is one of those days when I’m so tired I even thought of not posting a blog. But, what’s the point of all the hard work if you have nothing to show?

One of the things I’ve learnt is that you can’t only focus on resolving problems, you also need to delivery results and show their value!

That’s what make people as your manager, your team and your clients recognize you and it’s what will give you the strength to keep going.

So, take some time to think of what you have done today, the last week, month, quarter or even in the last year and document this work. 

  • Have it improved your work quality, speed and costs? 
  • Is your team motivated?
  • Have you presented these results to your client?
  • Have you accomplished your goals?
  • What are your next steps?

Make it a culture so you can develop yourself, your work and your team. Once you learn how to sell your outcomes, you will be able to help others collaborate for greater  results.
